Convenient location near public transportation and major attractions. Rooms were equipped with a kitchenette and functional, clean bathroom. Staff was helpful and courteous, providing helpful recommendations for local dining options.
Noise from nearby street construction and traffic, which may disrupt light sleepers. Rooms may be considered dated by some travelers, and parking can be limited in the underground lot.

The staff were very courteous and helpfull. The Hotel was situated close to the harbour for easy access to different locations on the waterfront. The aquabus (mini ferry) was used and is not expensive. The Hotel was close to all main shopping areas. The bus service was good also.
The swimming pool area could do with a makeover. Timber fencing could be painted and the privacy of the area could be enhanced with extra shrubbery.

The linens were very crisp and new feeling and the beds were very comfortable. The room was neat and clean. The bathroom really steamed up during a shower and were quite outdated but all in all my stay was comfortable and affordable. The hotel is within easy access of downtown and very close to lovely walks along the water. Granville Island is a short seabus ride away. Lots of eating facilities close by. The restaurant in the hotel had a lovely breakfast - both smorg and a la carte.

I liked that it was so close to the Beach and shopping and away from the busy downtown area. It was also conveniently located with access to the Airport. I also liked my Kitchenette that was fully stocked with supplies which was great. I would stay at this hotel again for sure.
My Room #709 had a bathroom tap that would turn on quickly and splash my clothes. It was hard to turn on and it would get stuck. It needs to be fixed for sure. Also I didn't know about the additional $30.00 cost/night for the kitchenette, until I arrived. That price should be included with the room(s), or mentioned on the website.

The hotel is conveniently located near a Seven Eleven grocery store and within walking distance of the beach. It is also close to clubs, but not right in the middle of all the noise of the city. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with a stylish rustic look. the staff is great and the evening meal at the restaurant is good.
The AC in the room can be quite noisy, which may affect sleep quality.

It wasn't anything particularly good or bad, just an average hotel at an average price. I guess the best is that it is on Downtown Vancouver with an average price.
Stuff wan't very nice, neither was extreamly clean, was ok.

This Hotel was a good value. Nice and clean and friendlyu staff. It was a bit of a walk to Rogers Centre but doable. It's a little awkward finding parking, even to register. They do have undergroud parking for $14 a day.
The TV's were anciet. They need newer ones with flat screens with HDMI accessability. Restarauant facilities are poor. Parking is awkward and costly.

Excellent location: near from Yaletown and its stores and good restaurants. Easy to go downtown with buses on Grantville. Breakfast at Tim Hortons at the corner of the street. Room a bit old-dated, but very neat. Employee very professional and helpful to provide good tourism advices. Good ratio quality/price. Would return any time.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect - just a short walk to Granville Island and the river where you can catch the ferries. It was also close to many attractions in the city, making it very convenient. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was pleasant. Lastly, the rooms, although with pretty dull furnishings, were spacious and offered a beautiful view out over False Creek from the enclosed balcony.
No improvements necessary - everything was perfect!

The bed was very comfortable and the staff helpful. Easy walk to Ferry to Granville Island. We were allowed to leave our car in parking for a few hours after checkout. We were not additionally charged for parking.
Our room was located on the side of the hotel facing a pub or something that was loud until around midnight.
